1. Business Intelligence Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Support development of reports, charts, and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to check data and ensure stable, accurate data quality.
  • Other tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Students or recent graduates in IT, Economics, International Business, or Marketing.
  • Strong data mindset, thrive at the intersection of Technical and Business teams to understand business needs and optimize data accuracy.
  • Key Technical Stack: Excel, SQL and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn, creativity, and ability to work independently.

2. Finance Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Checking documents.
  • Inputting entries into accounting system.
  • Support to prepare tax reports.
  • Support to prepare bank balance report.
  • Other tasks assigned by Senior/ General Accountant.

Requirements:

  • Accounting Basic from university or above.
  • Computer Literate i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Knowledge of International Accounting System is value added.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees of all areas.
  • Ability to maintains good connections with customers/ suppliers.

3. HR Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Content creation on social media: Increase employer brand visibility on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) by developing various types of creative content, designs, and artworks.
  • Press release:
    • Support the crafting of press materials and articles for branding purposes.
    • Assist in following up with vendors for relevant tracking and reports.
  • Support in capturing videos/pictures of events for branding materials.
  • Assist in providing creative solutions for internal and external communications, promoting talent management and training activities, and fostering a learning culture within the organization.
  • Assist in hiring process: i.e data input, CV screening, and Interview arrangement.

Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate skills in communications/content development and graphic design (Canva, etc.).
  • Open-minded, resilient, eager to learn, and agile in adjusting/adapting your scope when needed.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (English proficiency is required).
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools.

4. Design Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
  • Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
  • Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
  • Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print.
  • You may need to manage more than one design brief at a time.

Requirements:

  • Graphic Design Skills, Illustrative skills, Layout Skills and have experience working in agency field/freelance work.
  • Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Desktop Publishing Tools.
  • Have dynamic, innovative and leading-edge digital ideas.
  • Have a thirst for marketing/advertising knowledge.

5. Data Engineer Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Import data & handle data workflow following business requirements.
  • Design, implement and monitor the data quality control system to ensure data completeness and quality.
  • Maintain data process/ services in Microsoft Azure system.
  • Crawling, transforming data to serve business insight.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and data science skills.
  • Proficiency in ETL, Data Warehouse, Database Management.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • The intern will receive mentorship and training from experienced professionals and have the opportunity to contribute

6. Research Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on assigned topics.
  • Collect and organize data from various sources, including phone calls, and site visit.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of the data by cross-referencing with other sources and conducting quality checks.
  • Enter data into a database or spreadsheet, ensuring that the data is properly formatted and categorized.
  • Maintain and update the database, adding new data and modifying existing data as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support ongoing research projects.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. economics, finance, statistics or other related fields).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

7. Financial Intern

Position overview: To be responsible for supporting feasibility studies of large property developments and financial analysis as well as preparing the general financial valuation for properties in Ho Chi Minh

Responsibilities:

  • Support in preparing in-depth due diligence analysis and market advisory.
  • Assist in maintaining a comparable sales and leasing database for all categories of property, ensuring all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible as required.
  • Assist in building and maintaining client relationships in the business line.
  • Meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals to ensure the success of the Division in conjunction with Head.
  • Maintaining an understanding of both local and national real estate markets, enabling you to provide potential customers with reliable and accurate advice regarding property movements and industry trends.

8. Marketing Intern

Position overview: To collaborate with our marketing and event team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns, events.
  • Manage databases by maintaining and updating information, data, and records.
  • Assist to create and design event digital materials (flyer, brochure, presentation files,…).
  • Assist with website updates via WordPress.
  • Support events organization with marketing team in Savills Hotels.
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
  • May perform additional projects upon request.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate students must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit.
  • Design skills, have knowledge of design software, such as Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Proficient English (both speaking and writing).
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
