Working time: From Monday to Friday, 7h30-17h30

Job description: MiTek Vietnam is seeking a talented and motivated English Trainer to join our team. As an English Trainer, you will be responsible for organizing and conducting English language training programs for employees who are working as technical staff. Your role will involve developing lesson plans, delivering engaging and interactive training sessions, and assessing the progress of learners. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for helping working professionals enhance their English communication skills to excel in their careers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide lesson plans for the training programs
  • Deliver training sessions
  • Track the learners’ progress on a regular basis
  • Make tests for end-of-class evaluation
  • Assist with updating the teaching materials and curriculum to adapt to learners’ abilities and demand
  • Assist with problem-solving as required
  • Help new team members adjust to working at PG – provide a sense of belonging
  • Provide additional support to the team as required
  • Assist with ensuring staff are compliant with work practices and policies
  • Assist with providing feedback regarding team and staff performance as required
  • Attend meetings and provide reports as required by management
  • Other reasonable duties requested by management

Requirements:

  • University qualification (with teaching/English language certificates)
  • At least 02 years of experience teaching adults (General English and Tests Prep)
  • Teaching knowledge and skills: Proven ability to teach, coach and assess learners’ progress, Proven ability to provide factually correct direction to others relating to the tasks
  • Teaching certification (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) is highly desirable
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate a track record of providing good customer service
