The role: 

Reporting to the CRM Manager, the CRM Intern will be working to execute strategies to improve our acquisition, conversion, and retention goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Execute CRM global campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app communications to drive new members deeper into the funnel 
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure that CRM campaigns work smoothly for every aspect of the business.
  • Come up with creative ideas, campaign initiatives on a global scale to improve customer experience and business performance.
  • Execute multiple experiments on different aspects of CRM to optimize the campaign and best practices
  • Customize the content in different languages for end users in different countries
  • Responsible for the quality of campaign setup and user engagement flow works as expected

Requirements:

  • Students from Economic majors
  • Detail-oriented, logical thinking
  • Accurate, systematic, and methodical
  • Good English language skills, especially in writing
  • Numerate with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis with suggestions for improving the existing campaigns.
  • Advanced level of computer literacy in Excel or spreadsheet 
  • Excellent team player and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for start-ups, speaking with customers and solving problems

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Good knowledge of HTML, email creation and cross-device testing (desirable)
  • Experienced in working with technical platforms, email, push notifications and in-app message
