1. Operations & Engagement Intern (Global Customer Support)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support to operate workshops on how to use ELSA for clients, teachers/end users;
  • Closely monitor and update our internal database regarding information of new clients, engagement reports, and learners’ performance reports. Handles confidential student information with tact, discretion and in compliance with company regulations;
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
  • Gather customer feedbacks and report them with the line manager;
  • Contribute to the development of short term engagement plans/goals to ensure high engagement rate of trial clients;
  • Assists learners during the use and application of specific curriculum and ELSA software that enhances their learning experience;
  • Assist line manager to create user guideline/manual, FAQ, and other related documents;
  • Other relevant tasks to be assigned by the line manager.

Key requirements:

  • Proficient in using common computer/technology applications;
  • Have a flexible, resilient, and positive can-do attitude;
  • Demonstrates effective communication;
  • Meticulous, good organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks;
  • Good command of English;
  • Have an understanding of the English teaching methodologies and technique is a plus.

2. Social Media Intern (Brand Marketing)

The role: With our ambitious growth goal for the brand, we are looking for a Social Media Intern to assist our always-on and campaign-based marketing & communications activities. You will be working under the direct supervision of our Brand Marketing Executive as a part of our Brand Marketing team, taking care of the brand’s social media actions across channels. The ideal candidate shall be a team player, tech-savvy and social media ‘geek’ who is willing to deliver flexibly under pressure and changes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work under the direct supervision of Brand Marketing Executive to create and execute social media plans monthly;
  • Assist in always-on content creation, be in charge of and monitor postings across communication channels: TikTok & Instagram according to the content calendar;
  • Interact with followers and potential customers on a daily basis by communicating and answering questions on social channels;
  • Assist in the growth of the brand by seeding through various social media platforms and from different pools of audience, following the strategies of the team;
  • Support for other brand campaigns of the team, especially Influencer campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate from business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related fields;
  • Have relevant experience through real work or extracurricular activities;
  • A bright mind with strong creativity and excellent communication;
  • Superb attention to details and organizational skills;
  • Willing-to-learn and Willing-to-do mindset;
  • Typical genZ or a genZ guru, tech savvy and familiar with social media tools, practices and tactics;
  • Ability to work independently yet efficiently with use of computer;
  • Be able to work fulltime or commit at least 32 hours of work per week.
