
Title: SMEs Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Receive enriched leads which include information of customers having import and export needs, contact to consult, introduce and support customers in booking Cogoport’s cross-border and domestic logistics services via phone, email and other channels.
- Searching for new potential customers and taking care of old customers.
- Research and plan to retain old customers, to develop sales and achieve team’s KPIs.
- Perform other related tasks as required by the Line Manager.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate, welcome candidate from different industries related to economics.
- Have open and proactive learning mind-set.
- Have effective communication skill and be able to present ideas.
- Have strong passion for sales, especially new customer acquisition.
- Have knowledge about logistics/supply chain is a plus.
- Have business english level is a plus.

Working time: from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
