Title: SMEs Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Receive enriched leads which include information of customers having import and export needs, contact to consult, introduce and support customers in booking Cogoport’s cross-border and domestic logistics services via phone, email and other channels.
  • Searching for new potential customers and taking care of old customers.
  • Research and plan to retain old customers, to develop sales and achieve team’s KPIs.
  • Perform other related tasks as required by the Line Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate, welcome candidate from different industries related to economics.
  • Have open and proactive learning mind-set.
  • Have effective communication skill and be able to present ideas.
  • Have strong passion for sales, especially new customer acquisition.
  • Have knowledge about logistics/supply chain is a plus.
  • Have business english level is a plus.

Working time: from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
