
CUSTOMER CARE OPERATIONS INTERN
Team: Global Customer Success
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
We are looking for a fresh, self-motivated individual to join the ELSA Vietnam team as a Customer Care Operations Intern in Ho Chi Minh City. You will act as the primary interface between ELSA and our customers from an operational perspective.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email, chat, and phone
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Ensure the customers are well supported and happy with our service.
- Assist finance team to track revenue for Influencing channel
- Assist Finance to review and work on disputes
- Assist trainer to create a user guide
- Assist finance to send monthly invoices and check payment status from clients
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the head of the department
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced in a similar position in startup companies or fast-moving environments (preferred)
- Proficient in using common computer/technology applications
- Have a flexible, resilient, and positive can-do attitude, have initiative, and be proactive in problem-solving beyond the call of duty
- Demonstrate an appropriate sense of urgency for contact response time in the face of the variable workflow.
- Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude
- Meticulous, excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects and handle high pressure
- Good command of English

Channel Development
Administrative Intern
Location: HCMC
Team: Business Development – Channel sales
Report to: Channel Sales Manager
The role:
We are looking for a Channel Development Administrative Intern to support the Channel Development Team in operational tasks to support for implementation of various channels from planning to execution
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting in recruitment, tracking performance & contracting for PG team of ELSA
- Following up with payment reconciliation & invoicing
- Following up with POSM Design & Productions
- Support organize events of the channel sales team
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Current undergraduate or graduate student studying Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; or have equivalent experience
- Superb attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willing to learn and Willing to do mindset
- Tech savvy
- Ability to work independently with use of computer
- Be able to work at least 25 hours per week

Team: Growth Marketing
What you’ll be doing:
- Extensive familiarity with the platform and building compelling content with needed frequency, understands and follows social media trends
- Will work closely with creative, influencer and social team leads
- Collaborate with team members to create a social media calendar
- Assist with social media channels (engagement)
- Assist with content strategy for social platforms: Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter
- Understanding of our online community, trends & culture
- Help in competitor research (for social channels)
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Passion for the industry and willingness to expand your knowledge
- Have relevant experience through real work or extracurricular activities
- A bright mind with strong creativity and excellent communication
- Hyper familiar with the platform and building compelling content with needed frequency
- Tech savvy and familiar with social media tools, practices, tactics and trends
- Experience creating short-form video content and knowledge of basic video editing
- Completed at least 2 or more years of undergraduate studies at the time of application
- Can dedicate at least 6 or more hours per weekday

Onsite Operation & Community Intern
Team: Growth Marketing
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintain on-site & community visibilities by providing objectives, strategies, daily upload
- Help support campaign manager and creative team to manage campaign assets and creative assets, production support, review rounds, creative ad deliveries, and Go-To- Market preparation
- Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes
- Onsite campaign set up for A/B Testing & Tracking on-site banner’s performance
- Manage and support community groups to drive power user, ambassador, and live community responses, including other forum related responses
- Strong familiarity and experience working in all major community groups: i.e. What’s App, Facebook Messenger, Line
Requirements:
- Fluent in English

Responsibilities:
- Assist to work with partnership, affiliate partners of ELSA, e-commerce platforms
- Support, follow up with partners, respond to partners queries, via channels such as: phone, email, chat, …
- Support to handle related issues on e-commerce platforms
- Make daily/weekly/monthly performance report
- Other requirements assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements:
- Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate from economic, business administration, marketing, journalism, public relations or related fields
- Have relevant experience through real work or extracurricular activities
- Excellent communication skills, customer orientation mindset
- Willing-to-learn and Willing-to-do mindset
- Tech savvy and familiar with ecommerce flatforms
