Profit Pad is a fintech company and based in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam but operates with clients in USA. Our business offers real people, remote back-office support, and no cost software for businesses in the construction sector, an alternative to recruiting, hiring, and retaining bookkeepers or accountants since early 2020. We are seeking a candidate to fulfil a position as our Junior Accountant. This role will perform various duties ranging from basic data entry to general administration. These include assisting in the preparation of management
reports, preparing client invoices and processing client payments as well as inputting data entry of vendor invoices and processing vendor payments.
About you:
You’ll work as part of a small team and work alongside with the Accountant Manager to maintain the accuracy of our clients’ accounting books.
Essential Functions:
- Prepare data entries into software for payroll, cash receipts, banking, and credit card transactions.
- Perform invoicing and payment settlement.
- Prepare payroll for clients.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to prepare reports.
- Post transactions to software for clients.
- Day-to-day management of core basic accounting functions, including AR/AP.
- Preparing payroll reports including monthly, quarterly, and management reports.
- Preparing filing of all sales tax returns.
- Assist with other admin and research responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years administrative or accounting experience
- 4 year college degree in Accounting or Finance
- Technologically adept
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite & Excel
- English is a must (Read / Conversate). Minimum 7.0 IELTS.

- Requirement – Shift: 6am to 3pm from Monday through Friday. Half day on Saturday.
