As an Inventory Accountant, you will join our culture, as a part of joining Dat Bike on the journey to achieve it’s goal: replacing traditional motorbikes with electric bikes which are more environmentally friendly.

About the role

Delivery activities:

• Plan shipments based on product availability and Sales Order, Customer Services Order
• Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
• Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, delivery orders)
• Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
• Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
• Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
• Schedule shifts for transportation team

Warehouse activities:

• Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
• Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
• Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
• Organizing the warehouse space.
• Preparing materials for production plan.
• Operating stock management tools; for example, a forklift.
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
• Schedule shifts for warehouse staff
• Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipment

Requirements

• Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role
• Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
• Experience with inventory software.
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• The ability to be a team player.
• BSc in Supply chain management, Logistics or relevant field

II. Customer Service

About the role

• Customer care directly or indirectly via phone and social media for current customers.
• Investigate customers’ problems and find solutions, ensuring that customer feedbacks are heard and acted upon.
• Manage after sales services (bike servicing/support, support queries, upselling).
• Communicate with other departments to resolve problems and expedite work.
• Manage and reconcile CRM databases.
• Conduct frequent customer surveys.

Requirements

• Work experience as a Customer Service or similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability using English in working environment
• Hi-tech, consumer goods or automotive industry experience is a plus

III. Business Development Executive

About the role

• Provide consultation on Dat Bike’s products to customers and ensure excellent customer experience at Dat Bike’s stores.
• Identify and address concerns of customers about our products or EV in general, converting them from leads to sales.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all actual and attempted customer interactions on the CRM system.
• Continuously review and analyze sales metrics to identify and optimize opportunities.
• Work as a team to identify issues, propose solutions and take part in projects to contribute to operation and sales efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Economics.
• A results-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Critical thinking and good problem solving skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Good verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities.
• Hi-tech, consumer goods or automotive industry experience is a plus

• Create payment request on bank system
• Control and report the bank balance

Requirements

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to solve problems
• Honest, careful and accurate
