We are searching for an enthusiastic self-motivated individual to join our Clermont Holdings Vietnam team as our M&A Intern.

The M&A Intern will report to the Head of Representative Office, Vietnam.  The M&A Analyst Intern will work directly with our Vietnam team in day to day activities, – including analysis, research of investment & divestment, and ongoing servicing of investees.

Key responsibilities:

  • Compile data and prepare financial models, reports and analysis on the prospective investments/divestments and the investees’ performance;
  • Assist in the management of due diligence data rooms for prospective investment opportunities and ensure the collection, organization, completeness of requested information;
  •  Assist in performing market research, competitive analysis, and other ad hoc research as needed;
  • Maintain knowledge on current and emerging development/trends in the healthcare industry and other related area(s); and
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as delegated.

Requirements: The successful candidate will ideally possess the following traits:

  • Undergraduate studies in economics, business, finance and/or a related field
  • Understanding of financial statements, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong ability to manage internal and external deadlines
