1. Sử dụng nước uống, nước nóng một cách hợp lý, tiết kiệm.
2. Sử dụng nước đúng mục đích: nước để uống, nước nóng để nấu các loại thực phẩm ăn liền; không lấy nước uống, nước nóng để rửa hoặc làm việc khác.
3. Không dùng miệng để uống trực tiếp từ vòi.
4. Nghiêm cấm các hành vi phá hại tài sản như: di dời máy; Rút các phích điện; Khóa van nước cấp, nước xả; Bôi, viết, vẽ, dung vật khác tác động làm dơ bẩn hoặc hư hỏng máy.
5. Giữ gìn vệ sinh chung; Không đổ nước thừa, vứt rác trực tiếp vào máy và khu vực nước uống, nước nóng.
6. Trường hợp phát hiện nguồn nước tại máy nước uống, máy nước nóng có bất thường báo ngay cán bộ quản lý sinh viên hoặc ghi nhận góp ý trên phần mềm quản lý KTX để được xử lý kịp thời.
7. Nếu sử dụng máy nước uống, nước nóng sai mục đích sẽ bị xử phạt theo Quy định.

2. Use water for its intended purposes only: drinking water for drinking; hot water for preparing instant food only. Do not use drinking or hot water for washing or other purposes.
3. Do not drink directly from the tap or dispenser nozzle.
4. Any acts of vandalism are strictly prohibited, including relocating the machines; unplugging power cords; closing water supply or drainage valves; writing, drawing, smearing, or using any objects that may cause dirt, damage, or malfunction to the machines.
5. Maintain general cleanliness; do not pour leftover water or dispose of trash into the machines or surrounding water dispensing areas.
6. If any abnormalities in the drinking water or hot water supply are detected, immediately report to the student management staff or submit feedback via the dormitory management system for timely handling.
7. Misuse of drinking water or hot water dispensers will be subject to penalties in accordance with applicable regulations.
