Profit Pad is a fintech company and based in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam but operates with clients in USA. Our business offers real people, remote back-office support, and no cost software for businesses in the construction sector, an alternative to recruiting, hiring, and retaining bookkeepers or accountants since early 2020. We are seeking a student to fulfil a position as our Part Time Work – Marketing Assistant. This role will perform various duties ranging from basic data entry to marketing research with an emphasis supporting customer acquisition. In addition, supporting minor administrative works with internal (in-house) software.
About you
You’ll work as part of a small team and work under the direction of the Founder to maintain the database of new clients and prospects. You will also help contact customer to add records or information from our clients into our software as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Prepare research data entries into Excel Report
- Post data transactions to software for clients
- Coordinate emails through leads and follow up
- Maintain and expand our database of prospects through online research
- Assist in growing prospect lists from online channels
- Assist with other admin responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- Junior or Senior in University
- Student seeking Major in University: English or Marketing
- Technologically adept
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite & Excel
- English is a must (Read / Conversate)
- Willingness to learn and further develop own skills in the use of software resources and work-related processes
- Prefer: Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress
