Role description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee position.

As a management trainee, you will learn management skills that are consistent with the Company’s values.

You will complete an 8-month management trainee program in which you will begin by working as brand ambassadors (retail specialist and/or live streamer) to gain confidence in our brands, understand the operation, and master the art of selling during the first and second months of the program. At this point, you will be assigned an individual KPI.

Following that, you will be assigned as a lead to manage the operations of a group of stores or a livestream lead. You must now do on-ground hiring, train, evaluate and manage your team. To ensure you have a strong foundation and leadership for sales operation (online/offline), you will be leading your team while on-the-job training. At this point, you will be given a team KPI.

Finally, you will be involved in the business development of the company, tasks including managing the key account/ general trade account management, trade marketing development, and/or E-Commerce platforms. You will be given a list of criteria to meet at this point.

You’ll begin your career as a corporate leader in the rapidly expanding FMCG industry with an immersive on-the-job apprenticeship.

Expected Process:

  • 1st term – Brand Ambassadors at our Stores (Go Vap – Thu Duc – District 2,7,10) / Tik Tok Live Stream Seller at head office (Mapletree Business Centre District 7).
  • 2nd term – Promoters/Live Stream Seller Hiring and Training – work at office or on ground. Depends on the position).
  • 3rd term – Sales (Sales Operation/ Key Account/ General Trade/ Trade Marketing) – work at office or on ground. Depends on the position.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of full-time working experience
  • Adventurous, entrepreneurial, and possess experimental mindset. Candidates need to ensure they can work at one of the locations Go Vap, Thu Duc, District 2, 7, 10 depending on the appointed position.
  • Performance driven with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
  • Must be a self-initiator who is able to adapt to fast pace working environment,
  • Works effectively both as a team and individually
  • Must: proficiency in English (Speak, Read & Write)
  • Must: able to work full-time and on-site. Do not accept work online, work part-time
  • Must: able to work 6 days including weekend – 01 off day per week (from Monday to Thursday basing on arrangement from the Company)
  • Estimate on-board date: 04 March 24

Benefits:

  • Monthly gross salary: VND 10 Mil to 12 Mil
  • Monthly Mobile allowance: VND 150,000
  • Monthly transportation allowance: VND 200,000

Working location: Mapletree Business Centre, 1060 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan Phong Ward, Quận 7

Working time: 06 days per week in which Saturday and Sunday are fixed working days; 01 off day per week (from Monday to Thursday basing on arrangement from the Company)
