1. About the job
The successful candidates will join the on-job-training (OJT) program in Mitsui Vietnam after being recruited for a certain period of time (around 1 year) in Corporate and Business Departments to understand about the company internal process and actual business activities.
After the training, depends on candidates’ wishes and company’s assessment, he/she will be assigned to a specific department in either Corporate Department or Business Department.
2. Requirements
- Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of working experience with good academic results (GPA>= 7.0 or equivalent)
- Fluency in English (TOEIC >= 800 or equivalent)
- Ability to speak Japanese is a plus
- Interest in trading and investment industry with passionate to work in a challenging business environment
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong will to learn new things, proactive with “can do” attitude and determination to the goals set
- Good teamwork spirit and interpersonal skills
