Golden Crown Co. Ltd , the Joint venture between Indonesia and Vietnam is looking for the Trade Marketing and Assistant for the Sales and Marketing Manager.
income range to be offered : 10,000,000 vnd- 13,000,000 vnd
Working time : 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Office : 76 Tran Dinh Xu, Dist.1, Ho Chi Minh City
Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales, Marketing Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
- Coordinate daily process with the Team
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning
- Handle complaints from customers
- Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition
- Conduct regular audits to market to make sure availability or promotion program be applied.
- Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines for the promotion
- Additional requirement from the Sales Marketing Manager.
Requirements
- Experience in Retail market for FMCG market.
- Excellent in English (Understand Indonesian language will be advantage)
- Willing to learn and adapt quickly to new environment
- Willing to Travel
- Creative mind-set
- Ability to work under High Pressure and meet deadline
- Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
- Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Flexibility to work in weekend or holiday.

Qualification/Knowledge/Experiences:
- Bachelor.
- At least 1 year experience in retail FMCG – in food will be advantage
