1. Sales Admin Intern
What’ll you do:
- Track working progress, sales KPIs and sales consultancy success indicators of Sales Team members to sum up the commission.
- Report the sales team’s performance daily/weekly/monthly.
- Handle and support problems arising during the day of B2C Sales Team such as sectionalizing contacts, reviewing contacts to avoid duplication cases.
- Responsible for responding to customer inquiries in some necessary cases through hotline, email, inbox, etc.
- Support other tasks requested by supervisors and managers.
Requirements:
- Be hardworking, cautious and detail oriented.
- Be able to use Microsoft Offices proficiently, especially Excel skill.
- Having a professional, serious, cooperative, responsible style of work.
- Can do the internship full-time.
- Working hours: 8:30 – 17:30, from Monday to Friday.

2. Social Media Intern
What you’ll be doing:
Social Media Management – Content Creation
- Work under the direct supervision of Brand Marketing Executive to create and execute content plans monthly for social media platforms: Tiktok & Instagram
- Assist in always-on content creation, actively follow social trends, be in charge of and monitor postings according to the content calendar
- Interact with followers and potential customers on a daily basis by communicating and answering questions
- Assist in the growth of the brand by seeding through various social media platforms and from different pools of audience, following the strategies of the team
Influencer Marketing
- Support influencer marketing campaigns for the Vietnam market: Research suitable influencers/KOLs for monthly influencer campaigns
- Support for other brand campaigns, projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team lead
Requirements:
- Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate from business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related fields
- Have relevant experience through real work or extracurricular activities
- Can use editing tools (Canva, Capcut…) to create short video
- Good command in English
- Have confidence in front of the camera
- Willing-to-learn and Willing-to-do mindset
- Typical genZ or a genZ guru, tech savvy and familiar with social media tools, practices and tactics
- Be able to work fulltime or commit at least 32 hours of work per week.
