1. Digital Intern

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist Digital Manager and the whole team with SOW related to digital marketing;
  • Daily monitor ongoing campaigns and report to the immediate manager;
  • Collect essential data & information for the manager to compile reports;
  • Curate what’s hot on digital media and put into one source for reference;
  • Paperwork-related scopes.

Knowledge and experience:

  • Full-time working basis is a must;
  • Fluent English communication;
  • Good with data/numbers is a MUST (please note that our scope of work is NOT related to creating content or designing).

Skills and abilities: Be responsible, proactive, and curious about new things

2. Finance Intern

Key Accountabilities:

  • Receiving, reviewing, and controlling all documents related to commercial activities such as contracts, liquidations…. from business teams submitted to the Finance team;
  • Uploading contracts, liquidations in the internal system and keeping hard copies in folders;
  • Preparing some commercial finance reports assigned by supervisors;
  • Collaborating closely with the business team in resolving activities day-to-day;
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments tasked.

Knowledge and experience:

  • Accounting Degree, Bachelor is a plus;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Especially Excel);
  • Have foundation knowledge of finance.

Skills and abilities:

  • Full-time working basis and must be able to work on site;
  • Be proactive, curious about new things and responsible;
  • Details-orientated and honest.

3. Media Intern

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist Media Manager and the whole team with SOW related to digital marketing;
  • Daily monitor ongoing campaigns and report to the immediate manager;
  • Collect essential data & information for the manager to compile reports;
  • Curate what’s hot on digital media and put into one source for reference;
  • Paperwork-related scopes.

Knowledge and experience:

  • Full-time working basis is a must;

4. Admin Operation Intern

Key Accountabilities:

  • Relocation service for the Expats as Working with vendor to do Work Permit, Visa, etc…;
  • Business trip support (Flight/hotel/Visa) for CEO;
  • Support, coordinate with team to organize/ support the internal events;
  • Handle office admin payment requests and expense reports;
  • Vendor Management: liaise and manage service providers (vendors) concerning administration issues;
  • Manage and arrange office devices, assets, meeting rooms as required by Line Manager;
  • Serve Coffee/ Food as BOD requirements;
  • Other ad hoc task per assigned by Line Manager.

Knowledge and experience:

  • Full time working basis is a MUST.
  • University background (Business Administration/Hospitality background is a plus).

Skills and abilities:

  • Good English skills;
  • Good negotiation and communication skills;
  • Being detailed-oriented;
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information;
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
  • Proactive, persistent, team – player and self – starter;
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities under pressure.
