The purpose of this trainee program is after 24 months, our Vietnam Representative Office will be able to select the suitable candidate for our official positions: Junior Purchase Executive or Junior Logistic Exec. He/She will be able to work independently either in the Purchase or Logistic Department with a full understanding of our representative office activities in the Rubber industry.
To achieve that, each Department Head will teach and train the trainee every two or five month (This time line can be adjusted be Chief Representative Office (CRO)). This means Senior Purchase Exec and Senior Logistic Exec will directly supervise the trainee for every two or five months ended with a bi-weekly and/or monthly report which the trainee has to submit to her/his mentor and CRO. Based on that report, the CRO will give comment, guidance and make sure that the trainee is developed in the right direction as per below-listed points. The trainee will occasionally join the business trip in the interiors to see the actual operation outside the office.
