CI RESEARCH TRAINEE PROGRAM 2023
CI Research is a local independence market research agency in Vietnam. We have a presence in 8 major cities of Vietnam with headquarter in Ho Chi Minh City. With a regular of over 120 FTE and PTE, our well-trained team provides both qualitative and quantitative market research with different scales across Vietnam for both local and international clients. CI Research is one of the fastest growing agencies in the field of market research recently in Vietnam.
Job requirements:
- Research information on the internet about the project content;
- Assist in-depth and quantitative interviews with project management;
- Assist the team on day-to day tasks for client requirement and project deliverables;
- Work in collaboration with the line manager to specific internal projects when required;
- Participate in hands-on training fieldwork and supervise interviewers;
- Assist in writing a simple research proposal;
- Assist in questionnaire design;
- Assist in training with the Fieldwork team;
- Assist in coding, and data inputting;
- Assist in project reporting process;
- Support on administrative tasks.
Desired Skills and Experiences:
- Study in economics, marketing, business administration & management, finance, psychology, or sociology;
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skill;
- Pro-active, self-motivated, honest, passionate, critical thinking, easy to talk to newly met people;
- Advanced English skill levels (spoken and written);
- Analytical skills;
- Able to work under high pressure;
- Patient and careful;
- Mastering in MS Word, Ms. Excel, MS. PowerPoint. (Knowledge of SPSS is a plus);
- (At least 01 year working experience in a market research company is a plus)

Working Location: Floor 6-7, Loc Le Building, 454 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Ward 5, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working time: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00. (Lunch break from 12:00 – 13:00)
Trainee program duration: at least 3 months
