Giờ mở cửa từ 05:00 đến 23:00 hàng ngày
1. Sinh viên tham gia khu vực tự học với trang phục lịch sự, gọn gàng, mang theo App UEH Student.
2. Không được sử dụng các chất kích thích, ma túy, không mang các chất gây cháy nổ, không hút thuốc, uống rượu trong khu vực tự học và sinh hoạt chung.
3. Tất cả sinh viên phải có ý thức giữ gìn vệ sinh chung, không xả rác; Không mang thức ăn, thức uống vào khu vực tự học, sinh hoạt chung; Không được viết, vẽ bẩn lên bảng, bàn, ghế, trên tường.
4. Tất cả sinh viên có trách nhiệm bảo vệ và bảo quản tài sản, trang thiết bị trong khu vực tự học, sinh hoạt chung.
5. Sinh viên chỉ được sử dụng đèn, quạt và bàn ghế được bố trí sẵn trong khu vực tự học; Không được tự ý di chuyển bàn ghế ra khỏi khu vực tự học khi chưa được phép của Ban Chăm sóc người học (Quản lý Ký túc xá), bảo vệ; Không được đứng, ngồi trên bàn.
6. Có ý thức giữ gìn trật tự không gây ồn ào ảnh hưởng đến người xung quanh trong khu vực học; Sinh viên không thực hiện tốt nội quy, gây ảnh hưởng đến các bạn học,
7. Ban Chăm sóc người học/Đội SV tự quản/Bảo vệ sẽ mời ra khỏi khu vực tự học, đồng thời sẽ bị trừ điểm đánh giá thi đua và ghi nhận xử phạt nếu nhiều lần tái phạm.
8. Khi vào khu vực tự học nếu sinh viên phát hiện trang thiết bị bị hỏng, hoặc mất thì phải báo ngay cho Ban Chăm sóc người học/Bảo vệ.
9. Nếu sử dụng khu tự học, sinh hoạt chung sai mục đích sẽ bị xử phạt theo Quy định Nội trú UEH.

1. Students using the self-study area must wear proper and neat attire and carry the UEH Student App.
2. The use or possession of stimulants, drugs, narcotics, flammable or explosive substances is strictly prohibited. Smoking and alcohol consumption are not allowed in the self-study and common activity areas.
3. Students must maintain general hygiene; littering is prohibited. Food and beverages are not allowed in the self-study and common activity areas. Writing, drawing, or defacing boards, desks, chairs, or walls is strictly prohibited.
4. Students are responsible for protecting and preserving all property and equipment in the self-study and common activity areas.
5. Students may only use the lights, fans, desks, and chairs provided in the self-study area. Moving furniture without permission from the Department of Student Affairs or security staff is prohibited. Standing or sitting on desks is not allowed.
6. Maintain order and avoid causing noise that may disturb others in the study area. Students who violate regulations and disturb others will be requested to leave the self-study area by the Department of Student Affairs, Student Self-Management Team, or security staff. Repeated violations will result in deduction of conduct evaluation points and recorded disciplinary actions.
7. Upon entering the self-study area, if any equipment is found damaged or missing, students must immediately report to the Department of Student Affairs or security staff.
8. Any misuse of the self-study and common activity areas will be subject to disciplinary actions in accordance with UEH Dormitory Regulations.
