UEH continues to affirm its role as an open learning space, where knowledge is shared and spread to everyone. In 2024, a wide range of learning, experiential, and networking activities were organized, creating an inspiring, limitless learning journey for all audiences inside and outside UEH – from students, high schoolers, lecturers, businesses, to partners – to learn and grow together.
UEH English Zone – An open learning space where English becomes a bridge
The UEH English Zone – UEH’s English-learning park – remains a familiar destination for language lovers and cultural explorers. In 2024 alone, a total of 138 programs were held, including 11 language talks, 1 career talk, 2 cultural exchange events, 8 music shows, 80 EZ Talks & Board Games activities, and 36 club meetings.
In 2024, the UEH English Zone attracted 3,936 participants. Each gathering and each conversation offered learners the chance to practice English, strengthen skills, broaden networks, and nurture a lifelong learning mindset.
“Experience UEH” – The First Door to a Dream University Journey
Beyond current students, UEH continues welcoming high school learners through the “Experience UEH” program. This year, four programs were organized, attracting more than 1,100 students, giving them early access to a dynamic and modern university environment while helping them shape clearer learning paths for the future.
These programs allow high school students to picture themselves as global learners—confident, creative, and proactive in every experience—motivating them to strive and orient themselves toward their future goals.
UEH Sharing – Career Fair 2024: Connecting Knowledge, Unlocking Opportunities
A highlight of 2024 was the UEH Sharing – Career Fair 2024. This large-scale education–enterprise connection event brought together 100 companies and over 7,000 students, including 284 students from institutions outside UEH.
The Career Fair not only offered hundreds of job opportunities but also created a platform for students to meet experts and employers, engage in career conversations, and shape their future directions. The event became a practical bridge between academic knowledge and real-world careers, contributing to building a generation ready for the future.
From language activities and cultural exchanges to career programs and practical experiences, UEH continues building an open learning community where everyone has the opportunity to learn, share, and be inspired. This journey reaffirms the educational philosophy UEH pursues—an environment that not only teaches but also accompanies, connects, and spreads knowledge to the wider community.
