February marks the return of vibrant activities at UEH English Zone, with a flexible combination of offline and online sessions to suit students’ study schedules. In particular, UEH English Zone at UEH Nguyen Van Linh campus is held more frequently to meet the needs of UEHers. Now, let’s look back at the memorable moments in February at the UEH English Zone!
Starting the new year with national boardgames
After a bustling Lunar New Year season, UEH English Zone welcomed the return of UEH students with national board games. The EZ Board Games event with the theme of Blind Card was the opening event for 2025 with the board game “Codename”, requiring each person to use their descriptive skills and teamwork. In February, participants were able to meet classic board games such as “Werewolf”, “Coup”, “Exploding Kittens”. Dramatic reasoning and talented acting created an exciting gaming space. Laughter rang out every time the “Cover Your Assets” card was flipped, each round of play was filled with excitement and energy.

The sounds within
The new year has come with countless goals and journeys. Along with this reason, UEH English Zone has explored the topics of empathy about the inner world in every event for participants to share their plans and get valuable advice from other participants. It could be the topic “Fomo & Jomo” organized by the Student Union of the Faculty of Foreign Languages (SFL). The topic encourages everyone to share their feelings about “FOMO – Fear of Missing Out”. Participants certainly had interesting experiences by opening up to share their self-perception, and listening to the stories of their companions. With “Me, Myself and I” ,participants have chances to share their stories and hidden corners of souls. Everyone came together to inspire each other, creating unforgettable moments. With the topic of “Home Sweet Home”, held at UEH Nguyen Van Linh campus, focused on home tome features such as delicious specialties, traditional customs, and beautiful scenery. In this space, stories blend, not only expanding knowledge but also creating a sense of closeness and intimacy. The event “Single Inferno” is where everyone opened up about single life and shared the concept of love and different relationships. Under the green trees of the English Zone, in the cozy space of yellow lights, the stories shared have created an emotional and sympathetic atmosphere, making everyone feel like they find themselves in those confidences.

Enchanting melodies – A creative DIY experience
February also witnessed the creative return of the Tet challenge through “TEZTDash”. This is an opportunity for everyone to participate in learning Tet activities in English through filters on TikTok, bringing a fun and creative experience. In addition, this month’s DIY activity also left an impression with the dreamcatcher – a symbol of dreams, through the theme “The Art of Dream”. The new activities have demonstrated EZ’s determination to constantly innovate and upgrade, bringing the best experiences to participants.
Colorful and creative activities at English Zone
UEH English Zone has become a familiar destination for those who love English, where every activity brings opportunities to learn, exchange and connection. From exciting Board games, creative DIY sections to inspiring Talk sessions, all create memorable experiences and broaden everyone’s horizons. February also marks the opening of EZ at N campus, a spacious, airy space filled with trees, promising to be an ideal place for everyone to continue their journey of discovering English in a dynamic and cozy environment.
