Five transferrable skill sets help English majors stand out: Communication skills, Advanced reading and writing, Critical thinking and analysis, Imagination and creativity, and Empathy.
To help UEHer have the opportunity to improve their skills, UEH English Zone and the School of Foreign Languages brought a workshop with the topic “The mystery of career prosperity for English majors” in the series of periodic activities Language Workshop.

Speaker Bio
With the companionship of Ms. Nguyen Huynh Hong Ngoc, TESOL Trainer. Master of Applied Linguistics and TESOL – Newcastle University, United Kingdom. Outside of having lectured for several prestigious Vietnamese universities, she has participated in building both advanced and foundational curriculums for various local English centers in both active and consulting capacities. Her research interests focus on critical thinking in language acquisition, language assessment, and English for academic purposes.
