Speaking at the opening of the program, Prof. Dr. Su Dinh Thanh – President of UEH – emphasized: “In the development journey of the past 48 years, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) has affirmed its brand as a prestigious leading public university in Vietnam, gradually making a strong impression on the world market. In 2021, the entire University has determined, unanimously transformed, restructured and strategically repositioned in accordance with the model of a Multidisciplinary and Sustainable University, taking the role of contributing to the sustainable future of the community and society as its destination. Along with the goals of educating the foundation of professional knowledge and understanding of life for future generations, UEH pioneered in building a “Community of people who inspire art and lead change for the sustainable development. We do believe that, in any era, humans are always the most important factor in all development. Our future society is not based solely on the development of technology; in fact, on the harmony, interference and unity between man, machine and nature. This requires future generations of young people to master professional knowledge, to grasp and to master technology as a driving force for development, concurently, to use art to nurture spiritual values from which lead to sustainable development. With this approach, in the past time, UEH together with domestic and foreign partners have organized many meaningful art activities for learners, officials and partners. The classical concert “Culture Exchange Classic Harmony” is one of the typical examples of UEH’s efforts to act.”
