Consult, cross-selling to customers products: mortgage loans, mortgage, credit cards, insurance, capital raising… of VP Bank;
Seek, develop new customers, prospects to advise, provide personal financial products of VP Bank;
Play a role as a contact between customers and backline support, closely follow customer records to ensure records are processed quickly and accurately and customers are provided with products in the shortest time;
Responsible for ensuring personal and professional development in order to meet business standards and job requirements;

Loan Product Sales Staff

Learn about the processes, products and rules of individual customers and VPBank.
Actively looking for new customers, advising on introducing customers to VPBank’s mortgage loan products;
Understanding customer needs and providing advanced consulting services to customers through responding to customer’s requests and questions quickly, professionally and politely;
Responsible for ensuring personal and professional development in order to meet business standards and job requirements;
Responsible for the accuracy and compliance in the client’s legal documents.
