In order to improve the quality and effectiveness of academic advising, UEH officially launched the new management platform, UEH Advisor Platform, with the motto being as modern – fast – convenient. This continues to be a testament to the digital transformation in university administration, the school’s support activities for staff and learners, towards a sustainable development university.
A modern – fast – convenient technology platform
The UEH Advisor Platform [https://advisor.ueh.edu.vn/] is an online platform that supports the operation of academic advising at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. This will be an important bridge between the school and students, helping them maximize their abilities in learning, training and scientific research. In addition, UEH Advisor Platform is also a tool to provide counseling and mentoring for learners, a place to evaluate and to store relevant information between academic advisors and learners quickly and conveniently. Therefore, learners can access and view the advisor’s contact information, announcements, and class schedule for each semester in a specific way. Concurrently, learners can conduct periodic mentoring surveys directly at the platform, replacing the previous traditional form of assessment.

In terms of academic advisors, the platform is a place to summarize all information related to the student class that the teacher is in charge of advising in a complete and detailed way, including a list of students for each management class, detailed information about each student (GPA, training score, learning status, can note necessary information for individuals during the counseling process and so on).

In addition, UEH Advisor Platform is a place to exchange and to connect between academic advisors and learners more easily. Advisors can create their own news items and announcements for the class they manage so that learners can easily grasp and update information. Concurrently, learners can directly exchange and discuss with their academic advisors and class members right on the platform when needed. This contributes to linking the roles and responsibilities of teachers with students in mentoring.

Step 1: Go to [https://advisor.ueh.edu.vn/] and use your student account (for learners) and staff account (for academic advisors) to log in.
Step 2: Select the information/task that you are looking for in each specific category on the platform (advisor information, news, timetable, evaluation, online chat, meeting participation, etc.)
