Everyone will have to go through their youth, through a period of boiling enthusiasm with dreams, ideals, and even superficiality and mistakes to gradually become more mature. It can be seen that youth is the most beautiful time in a person’s life, a time when we dare to think, dare to do, and have enough time, energy and passion to realize our dreams. Stemming from their bravery, UEHers are resilient “dream chasers” who have overcome difficulties and gradually matured to pursue their dreams and ambitions constantly.
The Symphony 3 with the theme “Dream Chasers”
Unforgettable impressions of the concert
Last April 21, at UEH English Zone, The Symphony 3: The Dream Chasers organized by the Youth Union – Student Association of UEH University in collaboration with the Department of Student Affairs (DSA) was very successful. The show is part of the UEH English Zone’s periodic activities, conveying positive values and motivation through orchestral music. The project is expected to be organized and maintained every month except for two months of the summer semester, promising to be a creative playground, spreading positive energy to UEH students to aim for a bright start ahead.
The concert with the participation of more than 90 students brought us many precious moments and memories for this week. The musical performances followed and connected with each other like a movie recording the journey we find and achieve our dreams; together spread artistic inspiration, improve creative thinking and linguistic thinking through English music; together convey a positive energy, motivation, and faith to a large number of students with the message “UEH community of Sustainable Changemakers and Art Inspirers”.
MC with the introduction about The Symphony 3
Together, we have enjoyed extremely romantic and poetic spaces harmoniously combined with sound and light to create a truly lively and interesting concert. The presence of UEH Clubs/Teams/Groups brought performances with positive and meaningful messages, and the students were able to admire and enjoy the extremely eye-catching music picture.
On the big boat to chase the burning dreams
Opening the music night, Chapter I: The Beginning of Dreams brings light, joyful melodies with the meaning of starting the journey of youth’s dream-building. Starting from finding life’s ambition and deciding to act, we begin to have thoughts and desires to achieve life’s ambition but are not clear, still vague, and only stop at thinking. The two songs that students enjoyed were Por Una Cabeza (Carlos Gardel) and Top of the world (Carpenters).
The melodious and profound violin solo performance
The atmosphere of the night was hotter and more passionate with Chapter II: The journey to conquering dreams. This is when the thoughts and ambitions in your head are realized. On that journey, we always maintain our stance and faith toward a bright and brilliant future. With the energy from their youth, they are always full of confidence to conquer those ambitions.

Chapter III is about the difficulties on the journey to conquer the dream. The songs with vibrant, climactic, and powerful sounds have fully demonstrated the resilience, bravery, and determination not to give up of young people on the way to pursuing and realizing their dreams. Once again, you listened to the inspirational melodies played by the violin through the two songs Isabella Lullaby (The Promised Neverland OST) and Take Flight (Lindsey Stirling).
Beautiful notes from the violin
Closing Chapter II, Chapter III, and coming together to Chapter IV: Overcoming and continuing to conquer our dreams, we pause for a moment to look at ourselves, look back on the time when we found a way to overcome difficulties, remove barriers that are holding back through bright performances, conveying positive and joyful energy. We will feel stronger, more resilient than before, and full of confidence to continue firmly on the road ahead even if we have to start from the beginning. To convey the content of Chapter IV, the songs chosen are Titanium (Sia), The Night (Avicii), Legend Never Die (Against The Current, League of Legends), This is me (The Greatest Showman Cast), Unstoppable (Sia) and Symphony (Clean Bandit).
The song Titanium (Sia) was performed by Giai Điệu Trẻ Club
Live Band delivered a very eye-catching performance
Dreamcatcher – A meaningful souvenir
Coming to The Symphony 3: Dream Chasers, you can enjoy great music and make your own souvenirs. Dreamcatcher is a living room decoration loved by many young people and once became a “hot trend” among young people. It is made up of tightly woven webs like a spider’s web, covering the circle. According to many cultures, the dreamcatcher symbolizes shelter, protection, and consolation. It will banish bad dreams while retaining good dreams. Dreamcatcher is an extremely valuable spiritual gift to help you have peace of mind.
Students were making Dreamcatchers
When asked about his feelings when participating in The Symphony 3, one student shared: “I find the concert very good and meaningful. It gives me inspiration and enthusiasm to continue pursuing my dreams. This is also an opportunity for me to relax, relieve stress after exam preparation sessions.”
The Symphony 3: The Dream Chaser leaves listeners with the excitement of enthusiasm and a bit of “extravagant” youth, giving us great spiritual strength to overcome all difficulties, and take the opportunity for ourselves to make our dreams come true. The inexhaustible source of youthful energy helps us to give our best, strive hard for noble goals, and affirm our worth in life. Nature is very fair when giving each person a young age, so let’s take advantage of it to live meaningfully so that youth doesn’t pass through your fingers!
The program is part of the periodic activities at UEH English Zone, organized with the aim of transmitting positive values and motivation through concert music for UEH students for a bright start ahead.
