March 2025 at UEH English Zone brought a space full of energy and emotions. Exciting activities combined with interesting topics created unforgettable experiences for participants. With attractive games and meaningful discussions, UEH English Zone continues to be an ideal destination for students to practice English and connect with the community of language enthusiasts. Let’s take a look back at the memorable moments and special activities of March at the UEH English Zone!

Joy springs from passion

EZ Board Game has long been an indispensable “highlight”, attracting a large number of participants to UEH English Zone events. March welcomes legendary games, tense strategy games such as “Werewolf”, “Avalon”, along with surprising and fun board games such as “Unstable Unicorns” or “Zombie Kitten”. The exciting atmosphere of “Werewolf” appears through each turn of “unmasking” the impostors, when each player must practice their sharp reasoning skills to find the “wolf”. Meanwhile, the board game specialty comes to the UEH Nguyen Van Linh campus with the appearance of “Avalon” in March, requiring participants to constantly consider, choose, and convince their teammates in the battle between good and evil. For those who love fun and surprises, “Unstable Unicorns” brings non-stop “turnarounds”. Especially, March welcomed a new board game, upgraded from Exploding Kitten called “Zombie Kitten” that requires players to compete with their luck.

Equally outstanding, “Mondrawsity” and “Happy Salmon” bring non-stop laughter and great connections in every round. EZ Board Game has proven that learning English is not just about stressful lessons, but a fun experience, making every minute a memorable and effective moment.

Engaging in nature-focused conversations

March at English Zone welcomes new but familiar topics around us. With “Protect Wild Animal”, everyone has the opportunity to express their views and feelings about the wonderful diversity of the animal world, where wild creatures, though vast, are still very familiar and close. Along with that, “Earth Hour” brings an interesting topic, encouraging everyone to reflect on the importance of protecting nature, and helping each individual realize the value of small actions in protecting the Earth. Just like the diversity of the natural world, each individual coming to English Zone brings their own color, and each color creates a colorful picture at English Zone.

Joys that blossom

UEH-ers come from all over the country. Some of us come from the North to the South to seek new experiences, some of us leave your parents’ arms and enter the university with a luggage full of dreams. However, in the hustle and bustle of life, sometimes we unintentionally put away our secret feelings and private thoughts. Understanding that, UEH English Zone brings topics that open up space for each individual to find themselves, including 02 events: International Women’s Day in collaboration with the Faculty of Foreign Languages and the DIY activity “Unspoken message”. When participating in the above 02 activities, participants can create velvet flowers and their own cards to send love messages to important people or to themselves in the cozy space of English Zone.

In addition, “The joy talk” is not only a time for participants to share their interesting joys but also a time for everyone to listen and make friends with people who share the same interests. The flow of emotions continues through the topic “Mi casa”, where people connect emotionally through sharing about their “comfort zone”.

In the spirit of International Day of Happiness – ECOFF and English Zone organized a talk show about happiness, where people shared their happiness and listened to the thoughts of other participants. Along with ECOFF, Bell club initiated the topic “Heartstruck”, where participants listened to their youthful thoughts and precious innocent feelings for their beloved. Eventually, all the topics blended into relaxing English practice moments, bringing unforgettable experiences to the participants.
