1. Accounting & Admin Assistant – Internship

About This Position 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented member to join our team as an Accounting & Admin Intern. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in both accounting (80%) and administrative tasks (20%), providing a solid foundation for a career in accounting, finance or business administration. The intern will work closely with our Finance Team to support daily operations and gain valuable insights into various aspects of the business. 

Responsibilities: Your role will be a perfect mix of a cycle:  

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations, and accounts receivable/payable of the company; 
  • Work with our accounting partner and provide them with necessary invoices, documents, etc. for monthly reconciliation.  
  • Support in preparing contracts for clients; 
  • Support accounting document management and storage; 
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements. 
  • Collaborate with team members on various finance projects. 
  • Gain exposure to the full accounting cycle, from journal entries to financial analysis. 
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records. 
  • Assist with audits and compliance activities 
  • Ensure the office operations run smoothly;  
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. 
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, researching, creating reports, etc.   
  • Support other teams if needed and other duties as assigned.

Requirements: As an A-player, you will be/have: 

  • Final year / Fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Good command of English (speaking, writing, listening, reading) to facilitate cross-border interactions and discussions 
  • Experience in Xero as plus 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. 
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proactive and eager to learn and contribute to the organization. 
  • Prior experience in accounting or administrative roles is a plus.

2. Marketing & CRM Assistant – Internship

About This Position 

This position requires a high level of proactivity and a self-driven mindset. You will be placed in ITC Strategy & Consulting Department, delivering on our digital transformation services and communicating directly with the clients mainly in English. In addition, you will also occasionally help our Consulting team on their strategy proposals to win more deals.

Responsibilities: Your role will be a perfect mix of a cycle: 

Marketing (70%)  

  • Collaborate with different departments: Design, Strategy & Consulting, IT to create effective content on topics such as eCommerce, Marketing Automation, China Digital Landscape, etc. 
  • Help plan content publishing calendar, create, and publish engaging long- and short-form content for our main channels, including: ITC Website Blog and Projects (case studies), LinkedIn, WeChat Official Account, Facebook, and YouTube, and partners’ channels. 
  • Provide detailed reporting on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement 
  • Create meaningful, visualized dashboards with insightful recommendations based on tracked data of marketing performance across all channels 
  • Help plan, develop, and implement SEO and SEM activities, including recommending changes to the website architecture, content, keyword placement and density, linking, and other factors 
  • Constant engagement in content strategy, keyword strategy, and link building 
  • Support ITC event organization and promotion activities to generate leads and boost visibility 
  • Implement other branding activities 

CRM Management & Reporting (30%) 

  • Take ownership of CRM activities and regular updates for sales, lead & contact management   
  • Ensure the systems and processes are properly respected   
  • Assist in weekly and monthly reports and present results: revenue detected, and revenue signed, the competition and the market, market trends, analysis  
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement that deliver competitive advantage for ITC in terms of service offerings, scalability, simplicity, and cost 
  • Use Excel or other analtyics tools to run pivot tables, identify trends and propose action courses to further enhance company’s activities 

Requirements: As an A-player, you will be/have: 

  • Final year / Fresh graduate, or 1 year of experience preferably in Marketing / Digital or relevant fields 
  • Strong communication in English (speaking, writing, listening, reading) and researching skills to facilitate cross-border discussions and content writing 
  • Great visualization skills

  • Quick learner, adaptive to difficult digital concepts and workflows
