He then posed two thought-provoking questions: &#8220;What is the ultimate purpose of learning?&#8221; and &#8220;What hinders your learning process?&#8221; These questions set the stage for a deeper discussion, allowing the speaker to address the concerns students care about most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the main session, Mr. Lu\u00e2n shared key perspectives on cultivating the right mindset for learning and introduced practical strategies to enhance study efficiency. A highlight of his sharing was the presentation of the Pomodoro and Eisenhower methods\u2014effective time management techniques that boost focus and reduce stress. Additionally, he offered personal insights on developing communication skills, enabling students to learn effectively from those around them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/en.ueh.edu.vn\/images\/upload\/editer\/%E1%BA%A2nh%20recap%203.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption><img src=\"https:\/\/en.ueh.edu.vn\/images\/upload\/editer\/%E1%BA%A2nh%20recap_4.jpg\"><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The program maintained a lively atmosphere, with students actively engaging through numerous questions about balancing study and leisure, overcoming stress, and building positive habits. Held in a hybrid format, participants joined both in person and online via MS Teams. Their enthusiastic interaction reflected keen interest in the topic.
