The online programs have been running continuously for UEH learners throughout the summer with a flexible approach to online events at the UEH English Zone. In the Club Activities and EZ Networking series, UEHers have participated in entertaining games and shared insightful commentary on useful and practical topics.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Thrilling Yet \u201cChill\u201d Summer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To help UEHers shed all the pressures and worries after a demanding semester, the BELL English Club organized two online exchanges with different themes. The first theme, \u201cHEAL AND CHILL\u201d<\/strong>, encouraged participants to share their experiences in coping with life pressures and effective stress relief methods to stay dynamic during this relaxation period. Besides, flashing back to family and childhood memories is also an interesting idea to temporarily forget the pressures of this dazzling summer. The theme \u201cINNOCENT ECHOES\u201d<\/strong> provided a nostalgic space for participants to share and listen to memorable childhood memories and dreams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Besides, this is also the ideal time for our students to embark on new plans and experiences. It could be a unique travel plan with friends or simply a list of must-read books for the summer. Grasping the spirit of continuous exploration among UEHers, the School of Foreign Languages, UEH also organized a session with the theme \u201cSUMMER PLAN\u201d<\/em><\/strong> to make the summer more productive than ever. True to its name, the exchange session allowed participants to share their plans and intentions for a vibrant and dynamic summer. Furthermore, the exchange session offered valuable advices to students on smartly planning and enjoying every moment of their summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unlimited Connections through the Virtual Space<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once again, the return of the EZ Networking program has revitalized the English Zone. The highlight of this comeback is the innovation in the virtual online platform. UEH English Zone has chosen the ZEP platform as their companion for this return. With user-friendly features and vivid images, ZEP has created an extremely attractive and easily accessible UEH English Zone online space. Through the theme “Sharity”<\/em><\/strong> – Sharing, the program provided multidimensional perspectives on volunteer activities, examining whether current volunteer activities are practical and suitable in reality, while also addressing the common challenges that students face when engaging in volunteer work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boardgame activities within the EZ Networking program continue to be the center of attraction for many UEH students. With the presence of brain-teasing games like Spyfall<\/em><\/strong> and Monopoly<\/em><\/strong>, UEH English Zone has created a lively and bustling atmosphere along with relaxing moments after a demanding semester for energetic UEH students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
