Ltd , the Joint venture between Indonesia and Vietnam is looking for the <strong>Trade Marketing and Assistant for the Sales and Marketing Manager.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>income range to be offered : 10,000,000 vnd- 13,000,000 vnd<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Working time : 8:30 am \u2013 5:30 pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Office : 76 Tran Dinh Xu, Dist.1, Ho Chi Minh City<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Assist the Sales, Marketing Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers<\/li><li>Coordinate daily process with the Team<\/li><li>Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives<\/li><li>Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources<\/li><li>Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs<\/li><li>Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning<\/li><li>Handle complaints from customers<\/li><li>Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition<\/li><li>Conduct regular audits to market to make sure availability or promotion program be applied.<\/li><li>Make sure all employees adhere to company\u2019s policies and guidelines for the promotion<\/li><li>Additional requirement from the Sales Marketing Manager.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Experience in Retail market for FMCG market.<\/li><li>Excellent in English (Understand Indonesian language will be advantage)<\/li><li>Willing to learn and adapt quickly to new environment<\/li><li>Willing to Travel<\/li><li>Creative mind-set<\/li><li>Ability to work under High Pressure and meet deadline<\/li><li>Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics<\/li><li>Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)<\/li><li>Leadership and organizational abilities<\/li><li>Interpersonal and communication skills<\/li><li>Problem-solving attitude<\/li><li>Flexibility to work in weekend or holiday.<\/li><li>Organizational skills<\/li><li>Good communication and Negotiation<\/li><li>Good at planning , deploying, tracking and evaluation<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualification\/Knowledge\/Experiences:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Bachelor.<\/li><li>At least 1 year experience in retail FMCG \u2013 in food will be advantage<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Age \/ Gender\/ requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Male or Female in age 23-28<\/li><li>Enthusiastic, proactive, eager to learn at work.<\/li><li>Team work.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please send your CV to <a href=\"mailto:Jeffrey.tan@goldencrownfood.com\">Jeffrey.tan@goldencrownfood.com<\/a> should you are interested in the above position<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Golden Crown Co.
