As equality and fairness become increasingly valued in modern life, UEH students are asking an important question about gender equality: Are we unconsciously maintaining those boundaries?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a spirit of openness and innovation, the Training Workshop on Gender Equality: \u201cWhere Are the \u2018Gender\u2019 Limits?\u201d created not only a vibrant discussion space but also an opportunity to raise awareness, challenge stereotypes, and foster a fair, diverse, and inclusive community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program welcomed Ms. Nguy\u1ec5n B\u00edch Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng, Master in Development Studies (Gender Specialization) and Independent Consultant on Gender, Diversity, and Inclusion. With extensive experience in gender research and consulting, Ms. Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng shared insightful perspectives on the invisible barriers that persist in society. She helped UEH students recognize existing gender stereotypes and explore ways to build a more inclusive and equitable learning and working environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.ueh.edu.vn\/images\/upload\/editer\/20250317003822_kham-pha-gioi-han-sinh-vien-ueh-noi-gi-ve-binh-dang-gioi-1.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>During the workshop, students gained updated knowledge on gender, gender equality, and related issues in education, work, culture, and reproductive rights. These discussions helped them understand and act correctly in real-life situations, while equipping themselves with essential knowledge to identify and address gender inequalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students also had the opportunity to propose ideas, express personal opinions, and analyze real-life case studies, working together to find practical solutions for creating a fairer environment for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event\u2019s interactive format allowed participants to actively engage in scenario-solving activities, while the speaker guided them through multi-perspective reflections. Through relatable stories and thoughtful analysis, Ms. Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng opened up new ways of understanding gender bias in education, the workplace, and social relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.ueh.edu.vn\/images\/upload\/editer\/20250317004342_kham-pha-gioi-han-sinh-vien-ueh-noi-gi-ve-binh-dang-gioi-2.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption><img src=\"https:\/\/www.ueh.edu.vn\/images\/upload\/editer\/20250317004638_kham-pha-gioi-han-sinh-vien-ueh-noi-gi-ve-binh-dang-gioi-3.jpg\"><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond theoretical knowledge, the workshop encouraged students to reflect on their own roles and responsibilities in promoting gender equality. Through open dialogue and the exchange of diverse viewpoints, they learned how each person can contribute to a fair, respectful, and empowering learning and working environment, where every individual can thrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>The training workshop <strong>\u201c<\/strong>Gender Equality: Where Are the \u2018Limits\u2019?\u201d offered fresh perspectives on gender issues in modern society.
